Support that meets you where you are.
Every family's birth story is different, and every doula's journey is her own.
Birth Doula Support
Birth doula support is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in your birth experience. Studies consistently show that continuous labor support leads to better outcomes. Meaning fewer interventions, shorter labors, and a more positive birth experience overall. But beyond the research, it simply feels different to have someone in your corner who is entirely focused on you.
• Prenatal consultations to discuss your birth preferences and questions
• On-call availability starting at 36 weeks
• Continuous labor support — from early labor through delivery
• Physical comfort measures including positioning, counter-pressure, and breathing guidance
• Emotional support and encouragement for you and your partner
• Advocacy for your birth preferences within the care team
• A postpartum check-in visit after your baby arrives
Investment
Birth doula support is $1,200 — a $100 retainer secures your spot, and the remainder can be paid in flexible installments before your due date.
I am credentialed with TRICARE, Medicaid, and PEHP. I also accept HSA/FSA funds, and self-pay. If you're not sure whether your coverage applies, please reach out — I'm happy to help you figure it out.
Doula Mentorship & Business Support

I've put everything I've learned about insurance credentialing, client-building, and running a sustainable practice into resources that can give you a real head start.
